Dandi Studio is a creative portfolio and tools website owned and operated by Dandi Studio. It includes interactive tools (such as the Villain Generator), a community gallery (the Pixel Library), project documentation, and a contact form.

These Terms govern your use of the website and all content, tools, and services available through it. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these Terms.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

OUR CONTENT

All original content on this site — including but not limited to the website design, code, pixel art, animations, written text, tool interfaces (Villain Generator, Invoice Generator, Commission Statement Generator), and the mascot character — is the intellectual property of Dandi Studio and is protected by copyright.

You may view and interact with content on this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

VILLAIN GENERATOR — FREE ACCESS

The Villain Generator is freely accessible to all visitors through this website. No registration or request is required. You may use the pixel art you create with the Villain Generator for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions in Section 4 (Acceptable Use).

OTHER PROJECTS — AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

All other projects showcased on this site — including the Invoice Generator and the Commission Statement Generator — are not publicly available for direct download or self-service use. Access is granted on a case-by-case basis. To request access to any of these projects, please contact us via the Contact page. We will assess each request individually and respond accordingly.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

References to third-party names, characters, or brands (e.g. Pac-Man, Space Invaders) are used for illustrative and artistic purposes only. We claim no ownership of third-party trademarks or intellectual property.

3. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT (PIXEL LIBRARY)

When you submit a villain to the Pixel Library, you:

• Confirm that the pixel art you submit is your own original creation or that you have the right to submit it.
• Grant Dandi Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and reproduce your submission on this website and in promotional materials related to Dandi Studio.
• Retain copyright in your own original pixel art. We will credit your chosen author handle if one is provided.
• Agree that submissions may be moderated and may be removed at our discretion if they violate these Terms.

You must not submit content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights
• Hateful, discriminatory, or threatening
• Spam or generated by automated means

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this site:

• For any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material (spam).
